We are creating healthy environments to promote healing and a state of well being for everyone to enjoy. Many of our guests come just to enjoy the simplicity and basics of non-toxic, clean surroundings.

Necessity is truly the mother of invention, and CleanStay is no exception. With a strong desire to help our daughter overcome severe allergies and multiple chemical sensitivities, a non-toxic enviornment was created in our home.

The conversion of our personal residence was both our training ground and eventual model for what would become CleanStay.

After experiencing measured results in our entire family's overall health and well being - CleanStay was born as a home away from home vacation destination.

Nestled in the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort's private gated community in Pawley's Island, South Carolina, CleanStay was built with the health of you and your family in mind. The villa features all hardwood floors and ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths. Our furniture and bedding have been off-gassed and treated to remove harmful chemicals.

All non-toxic water-based VOC-free paints and sealers were used. We feature non-toxic cleaning products for everday use. We provide a whole house water filtration system to ensure purified water free of chemicals, bacteria, chlorine and odors. In addition, a Seagull® water purifier has been installed in the kitchen sink for ultra-pure drinking water, leaving you with only the essential minerals. No need to purchase and haul drinking water!

The air is purified by Austin Air Healthmate®, cleansing the air of mold and allergens. Or just open the windows and enjoy the healing ocean air!
